Love this. I used to do meditation, but I quit. I should get back on track, it truly gave me peace.

These days, I incorporate it into box breathing exercises once a day. It’s a 2 minute exercise of long inhales, holds, and exhales. Followed by more meditation during long walks, cleaning, evening yoga, and more. I would love to see you get back to it.

Lovely, I think I'll try it, two minutes here and there, don't seem like a big deal, I used to do longer, like 15-20 minutes of meditation, and I just couldn't stand it anymore.

I'll let you know in a few weeks, how well I'm doing.

Good stuff. You can certainly break your 20 minutes down into 2 minute blocks throughout the day, during the things that you do. I look forward to hearing how it goes.
